Human Tech: why we start from people

Many artificial intelligence projects start from the tool: a platform is chosen and then a use is found for it. The result is often technology nobody really adopts.

Work first, technology second

The Human Tech approach reverses the order. First we observe the work: who does what, with which documents, where time is lost, which decisions need human experience and which don't.

Only then is the technology chosen, and only as much as is needed. Sometimes it's an AI assistant, sometimes a simple automation, sometimes reorganizing a process is enough.

The Human Tech professional holds these two worlds together: they know the tools, but above all they know how to read a profession. The goal is not to add as much technology as possible, but the technology that genuinely improves people's work.
