Business Automation / / 1 min
We don't automate everything. We automate what makes sense.
Business process automation: three questions to tell whether a task is really worth automating.

Automating a business process costs time and money. That's why it pays to ask three questions first.
1. Is the task repetitive and rule-based?
If every case is different and needs judgement, automation may create more work than it removes. Ideal tasks are frequent, predictable and based on structured data.
2. How costly is a mistake?
Where errors are expensive, automation must include checks and a human step. Automating doesn't mean taking responsibility away from people.
3. Who will use it?
A solution the team doesn't understand won't be adopted. That's why design and training always go together.
